I have Windows XP Home Edition on one PC, with Outlook 2000 installed on it.
I have discovered that if a user is a limited user on the machine, then they
cannot see any file attachment on that machine (things like .TXT files, or
..JPG files). However, if they are an administrator on the machine, then
they can.
Why is that? What's going on? And how do I make it so that a limited user
can see file attachments?
