Outlook 2000 email does not display when opened

Got a user with Outlook 2000 client on Win NT
Most emails work like normal. But he gets a few emails where the text does not display when the email is opened. It
does not display unless you hit the forward. It will display in the reading plane. It only happens on a few emails and
its from different people. The client is reading html emails, so that's not it. Any ideas?
