I am stumped where this error is coming from and how to fix it. I
tried searching google but I was not successful finding a resolution.

Anyone ever seen this error before ?

Try a detect and repair (from the help menu - if this doesn't appear in
there, try add/remove programs and reinstall). Have your media handy.
Make sure you are running the latest updates/SPs for Office/Outlook 2000.

People do not open attachments to posts in news groups. A simply text copy
of your error message would suffice - only post screenshots to news groups
with "binaries" in their description.
