Hi,
My system XP, outlook2000 both updated to the latest packs. I use
outlook2000 connect to Exchange 2003 in the same domain. My problem is every
time I exit OL, a prompt window 'Please wait while Microsoft Outlook exits'
shows, and will not disappear. I have to kill the 'Microsoft Outlook'
application myself. I reinstalled the whole office 2000, also got the same
problem.
Event view got the following error log:
date: xx/xx/xx Source: Application Hang

type: Error Event ID: 1002
User: n/a
Computer: name
Description:
Hanging application OUTLOOK.EXE, version 9.0.0.6604, hang module hungapp,
version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.
Does anyone know how to solve? any suggestion is welcomed.
