Outlook 2000 - HTML email with Flash crashes

A Dr Waton access violation error occurs whenever I try to
create a HTML email containing a link to a Macromedia
Flash file in Outlook 2000 (also happens on reading when
sent from Outlook Express). Has anyone had a similar
problem and know of a solution?
