Outlook 2000 - logo comes up to start then freezes

When I try to open Outlook 2000, the logo for the program
appears on the desktop like it's going to open, but the
program never opens. I have tried fixing the program
with the 2000 cd, but same problem. Outlook Express will
open however (but I miss my calendar!) :)
