outlook 2000 spellchecking

Hi there,

We have a number of users who are still using Outlook 2000

One such user wants to enable spell checking within her emails so
incorrectly spelt words are automatically highlighted. The only way i can
get it to work is by manually spellchecking at the end

Can this be done?

Yes, if she sets Outlook to edit with Word. Open Outlook. Go to
Tools/Options/Mail Format and tick "Use Microsoft Office Word 2000 to
edit mail messages".

Note, if you do this, many recipients will receive an attachment that
can't be opened.

OK so you can do it by using word as the editor. Would i be right in
thinking that you can't do it when using outlook as the editor?
