Outlook 2000

My XP Home edition was mixed up and I had to remove my
profile and create a new one. Unfortunately, I did not
backup everything, and lost my e-mails and all contacts
(with phonenumbers!!)

Any idea how I could restore at least the address book,
or is it totally wiped from the hard drive??

Help, please!!!

Do you mean Mail profile, or Windows User?

Search your hard drive for *.pst. If you find one, open it with Outlook's
File > Open command. See if your lost schtuff is in there. May also want
to search for *.wab. That would open with the standalone Address Book app.
Not likely you'll find a wab, but worth a shot anyway.
