outlook 2000

I am working as a sysadmin in one company. I configure
outlook express to " save one copy send item folder". It
was working with out any problem (i.e. it was save one
copy of all sending mail to "send item folder"). Now (two
days back onwards) it is not saving any copy to the "send
item folder". What is the problem? Pls. help me out.

The title of your message says "Outlook 2000". The text above refers to
"Outlook Express". Which is it?
