when emailing a local distribution list some receipents
can open and view list, while others only see
attachmentname.msg and when attachment is opened nothing
is displayed. What causes this and how can it be resolved?

OL02 security. You cant opened mdb, exe, bat, com and and
and
But you could set them free in the registry.
Or you use a programm to unlock OL
