Outlook 2002 - Duplicate emails - once I redownload

I have just restored PC after big mess and am downloading emails again
but now I have loads and loads of duplicates.
Is there some way I can delete the duplicate emails without doing it
manually? Is there a freeware app or plugin that I can use please.
