When opening Outlook 2002 on a Windows XP Pro machine, it
will go to a Not Responding state. Of course leaving it
there doesn't do anything, so we try to reopen Outlook.
The same thing will happen about a dozen times before it
fully opens. At times we cannot even get it to open for
over an hour. Once Outlook is opened, everything works
just fine.
Any help solving this would be appreciated.
P.S. It is fully patched, and has already been re-
installed.
