Outlook 2002 SP2 - Hangs on email with attachments

At least once a day if I click on an email with an
attachment, Outlook hangs and I have to close it down and
run Detect and Repair. After that it is fine. But the
following day it happens again.

I have searched the KB for info related to this. My
outlook update says my software is up to date.

Any ideas?
