I too am having the same problem, and my ISP says it is

Hi Tanya,
I have exhausted my ISP. They too have said its a
problem with either outlook or something on the computer
or router. I even changed routers but to no avail. I
ran the "detect and repair" under help and it fixed the
problem for about 2 days only.

Whats next?

I had the same issue, an error 421. I upgraded the router
firmware but still only have this issue on EX prof
machine. My ISP (Verizon) are useless and just tell me
they dont support attachments. Any ideas?
