outlook 2002 will not send websites

Is there a way around outlooks refusal to send a
website? When I want to send a site to someone I
click "file/ send to/mail recipient". The option exists
and always worked in OE. But in outlook a message comes
up saying it will not be sent. This is very
inconvenient!
