Outlook 2002

My DSL provider changed a program and told me to update my
settings which I did using their instructions. Now I can't
send EMAIL. I get this message. "Microsoft Outlook could
not signon or encrypt this message because you have no
certificates which can be used to send from this EMAIL
address." I have updated my Outlook 2002 to SP 2.
