outlook 2002

[Voodoo]

I am running Outlook 2002 on my computer and I am hookd up
to a microsoft exchange server. on the Outlook Today start
page I am unable to select "customize outlook today". It
looks like it is highlighting but nothing happens. Can
aanyone help me?
