I am making a custom contact form that just has that things I use on
the first page to simplify things for me. However, I am coming across
a problem with the address section.

When I create the new form, I start by editing the default one and
delete the lines i don't need and add ones i do. I then go to "all
fields", select "all contact fields", and proceed to change the
address selector to "home", and the first 4 phone number selectors to
"mobile, home, business, home 2" (in that order). Finally, I publish
the form, and then select it as the default for my contacts folder.

Now, here is where the problem (or possible bug) comes to play: When
i select "new", the custom form pops up just like it should EXCEPT
that the address selector is "business" instead of "home". The phone
number selectors, on the other hand, are just like i want them.

Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it?

I know that one crude way of fixing it is to have the mailing address
box checked for home....but that then prevents the use of that box if
the person's mailing address is not his home address.
