Outlook 2003 and Word 2000

Using Outlook 2003 contacts with Word 2000. When I click LABELS/ENVELOPES in Word 2000, it does not find the address book (Contacts) in Outlook 2003.

This only works when your Outlook and Word version are the same. Either
upgrade to Word 2003 or downgrade to Outlook 2003 or use a third party tool
to mail merge.
