Outlook 2003 Backup Files

Why OUTLOOK 2003 keeps asking me for the backup file ?

How I can clean all and use the backup to restore everything
properly, when restored from the Backup ( Plug-in ) I had
to CONTACTS folders or lists, what I did is copy and paste
from one to the other, since I had NOT found any info on
how properly do this, everything is ok, but now
( I backed up from my WORKAREA folder ) every now and them
OUTLOOK is looking for the backup file on the workarea folder.

Why ? How can I stop this, everything is ok, dont need it.
