Outlook 2003: Can it backup or export your POP3 account settings?

My biggest gripe with Outlook XP is that it can't backup or export my POP3
account settings. So whenever I reinstall I have to manually enter the
account settings for 8 POP3 accounts. Does Outlook 2003 backup or export
these settings?
