I am using Outlook 2003, and can send email but not receive them. The log
file indicates that there are no emails on the server, as the STAT command
shows '<rx> +OK 0 0'. I have also tried to telnet into the mail server and
receive the same response (to try and rule out Outlook). If I log into the
mail server from another PC I will receive the messages.
The 'Test Account Settings' does not give an error, and if I log into the
mail server from a different machine the test message is there.
So far, I have also tried the following:
I have uninstalled all security software (Norton Anti Virus), and disabled
the firewall and receive the same results.
I have installed another email program (Thunderbird), and have the same
results.
I'm at a loss. Does anyone know what else I can try?
