Outlook 2003 Can't Access .PST Folder from Outlook 2002

Occasionally, Outlook 2003 cannot access the .pst folder I
had when I used Outlook 2002. If I close Outlook and then
reopen Outlook 2003, the problem is resolved.

But this happens several times a day. The .pst folder is
in the same location it was before I installed Outlook
2003 and it is the only .pst file showing.

Detect and Repair has not resolved this problem. I
verified under "Data Management" that only one .pst exists.

We experienced the same issue. Our work around was to
create an Outlook2003 pst file and then move archived
email from earlier pst files into the 2003 pst.
