Outlook 2003 changes

Hello,

in outlook 2003 calendar and contacts folders are no
longer there on the left.

How can I quickly (easily) make an email the "calendar"
item or put an sender's email in my "contacts"?

Set the navigation to Folder List and you'll be having the same "classic"
overview of all folders again.
Aother one is rightclicking the folder and choose Move to Folder...
