Outlook 2003: Contacts cause crash

N

npi

When I click on Contacts in the view pane or in Outlook Today, Outlook
crashes. If I choose folder view instead of the viewpane, and click directly
on the Contacts folder, no crash occurs, and I can get to my contacts, but
I can't see the views I've created because I have to have the folder pane
open.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks

1. Run Detect and Repair.
2. Run Scanpst.exe.
3. Create a new mail profile here: Control Panel->Mail Icon->Show Profiles.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, npi asked:
