Outlook 2003 - Data Binding

Guest

Hope someone can help....

Whan I start up Outlook 2003, I get a "data binding" message and it seems
to take ages to resolve, before I can do normal mail operations..

Anyone what it is and if it is norma, and how can I stop it?

Regards

The message sits in the bottom left hand corner of the screen - In what
looks like the bar that has notice messages.

When it finally finishes the word 'done' is there.

It might be to do that I also run my Hotmail mail through Outlook 2003, and
it might be "binding" the Hotmail links...

Any other thoughts?

Yes, that sounds like exactly what might be happening. Outlook handles
Hotmail by caching your mailbox on the local machine; that can take a
moment.
