Outlook 2003 Doesn't Allow Attachments to Email; Why?

I am suddenly unable to attach anything to an Outlook 2003 email. I have
sporadically had a problem over the past few weeks, but now nothing will
attach. Detect and Repair does not help. Are there settings that control
this, or is something wrong that I should simply uninstall and reinstall the
product?

You've stumbled upon the PowerPoint newsgroup. You might try the Outlook
newsgroup. Personally, I use Eudora for my email; I've never used
Outlook.
