Outlook 2003 for internal LAN messaging

Hello,

Do i need something else than Outlook 2003 on PCs to make internal
emails, calendar exchange, group discussion ?

Do I need MS-Exchange 2003 ? (is it out now ?)
Or not ?

You need Exchange or another workgroup mail server - might want to check out
Kerio Mail Server for a cheaper option that may be more suitable for your
network.
