Outlook 2003 Freezes

I installed Outlook 2003 on my computer and it freezes
all the time in specially when I sycronize with my Zire
71 Palm. What should I do to resolve this problem?

I am willing to go back to Outlook 2002 if knew how.

Have you tried contacting Palm to see if they have updated their software to
work with Outlook 2003?
