One of our users is unable to click on any of the macro menu options
in outlook 2003 - it does nothing, no error. I have searched around
these groups and found a number of fixes which i have tried which have
not worked. I have tried the following.
Uninstall - Reinstall Outlook.
Clicked on About then Disabled Items (which has nothing in there)
Detect and Repair
Deleted outlook profile.
logged on as different user.
Disabled software that integrates with outlook.
Im not sure what to try next. Is there anything ive missed?
