Outlook 2003 - Message Flags

R

Rich Gory

When adding a follow-up flag to a message in Outlook 2003, you can choose to
mark the message with a number of default choices such as:

* Call
* Do not Forward
* For Your Information
* Etc.

Additionally, you can key in any user-defined text in this field on a
message-by-message basis, but I have not found a way to add user-defined
choices to the drop-down list so that I do not have to key in the same text
over and over again.

Question - does anyone know of a way to add additional choices to the list
of available follow-up flags?

There is no way to do that.
