Outlook 2003 Online Help

Does anyone know how I can stop Outlook 2003 from
automatically searching the Online help section? I usually
work offline, and I'd like it to first search the help
file on my hard drive before going to the microsoft site.

Help, Customer Feedback Options. In that dialog go to the Online
Content settings and uncheck the setting to check for online content.
Exit and restart Outlook to make the changes take effect.
