Outlook 2003 popup

[No One]

Hey guys, can someone tell me how to prevent the annoying popup that comes
into outlook 2003 asking to take control of outlook. I have some third
party apps that need continual control and I don't need to be asked "allow
this process to use outlook for xxxx minutes"
