Outlook 2003 Problem

I am having problems "logging-in" to MS Outlook 2003.
When I click on the Outlook icon on my desktop, the
program opens to this error message:

Internet Security Warning

The Server you are connected to is using a security
certificate that could not be verified.

A certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root
certificate which is not trusted by the trust provider.

Do you want to continue using this server?

Yes or No

This problem prevents me from being able to connect to
the server, therefore, I am unable to check my many email
accounts.

I so not know what to do about this. I am using Windows
XP Home Edition. I was using Outlook Express as my main
mail program, because it allowed me the ability to have
Hotmail accounts. My previous software, MS Office 200
Professional (Outlook 2000) prevented me from adding
Hotmail accounts. Since I now have MS Office Professional
2003 with Business Contact Manager, I now am able to
apply Hotmail accounts.

If there is anyone who can help me, please do. I will e-
mail more info if needed to help diagnose the problem.
