I am running Outlook 2003 & our mail server is Imail by ipswitch.
One of my users is having problems with messages displaying.
All that will appear in the reading pane is the following message:
This item cannot be displayed in the reading pane. This item has not been
received from the server
They are legit emails & appear to be html formatted, as other users at
another company get them fine.
I'm assuming this is some kind of security feature - is there a way to turn
it off?
