Help! I am running windows xp pro sp2, All of a sudden in my Office program
Outlook 2003 Sp2 my Reply, Reply to, forward and New buttons on the toolbar
are greyed out. I cant even go into tools, options, to check anything out.
Tried detect and repair, tried, uninstalling and reinstalling office 2003,
nothing works, and cant find anything about this issue on the internet. I
have 3 different outlook profiles I use and all of them have this same issue.
I can recieve mail just fine, but cant send, create, forward, reply to or
anything! Any suggestions would be appreciated. I am pretty savy on a pc but
I am at a loss here. I have norton internet security +spam 2005 installed,
disabled that, antivirus and pop up blockers as well, even tried creating a
new test profile, still no luck. I hope you can help me! Sad... User Pps
this is a legal copy and I did notice in help there was an activate product
button but i have done that already? hmmmm>? :(

I am having this same issue. We are running volume licensing, so there is no
product activation.
