Outlook 2003 Troubleshooting

Every time I open my Outlook 2003, it always ask me to setup Microsoft
Exchange Server account on Outlook. I only want to setup a POP3 account.
When I click cancel or whether, it shut down the Outlook. How do I solve
this??

go to control panel, mail and make a new profile.
