Outlook 2003 upgrade question

Having just upgraded from Outlook 2002 -2003 I find I do not have the option
of using Word 2002 as my editor. The option in "mail formatting" is greyed
out. I am using Win 2000 Professional

You cannot use mixed versions of Word and Outlook - they must be the same
version to use Word as the mail editor in Outlook.
