Outlook 2003 Voting Problem

I am having some issues with the Voting option in Outlook 2003. The
vote options are not showing up for all of the recipients. Sometimes
they will show up on some computers and sometimes they will not.

I have gone through and checked all of the formating options and
everything looks good. I have compared computers and all of the
settings are the same.

Anyone run into this or have any ideas??
