Outlook 2003 with Exchange and POP3 Accounts shows duplicate messages in sent items folder

Hi,

Got a weird issue, I have outlook 2003 setup to connect to my Exchange
server and Hotmail account. When I send messages using my hotmail account,
it shows up in the outlook sent items folder as well as in hotmail sent
items folder. Any way to set outlook so that i does not duplicate the
emails?
