Outlook 2003 Won't auto send/receive

I've configured my send/receive group but it never does a
send/receive automatically. It also does not send/receive
on start up either. I've gone through all the settings
and even created a new group, but no luck.

What settings did you use. List the steps. What type of mail accounts? What
connection types?

settings steps:
I went to tools-options-send/receive-send/receive
settings-define send/receive group-checked include group
in send/receive(f9)
mail account type: pop3
connection type: broadband
It does work when checking it manually(f9).

Not enough info here. Post your complete settings. "Broadband" is not a
connection type.
