Outlook 2003

great

I have two problems with outlook 2003.

1 - Saved pst files are not compatible with outlook 2000
pst files. When I try to import into outlook 2000 the file
not compatible message
2 - Exporting to csv type files does not include the time
and date fields.

I think #2 is a known issue with all versions of Outlook and I don't know if
there's a way around it (maybe someone else will). As for #1, Outlook 2003
uses a new Unicode .PST format which is not backwards compatible. You'll
need to go back into Outlook 2003, create a new .PST file in the old format
(Outlook 97-2002 "ANSI" format), and copy the data to it. Then you can use
this old-format .PST with Outlook 2000.
