When I shutdown my Outlook 2003, the program shuts down,
but the service in the system doesn't. So, when I try to
open it back up, it doens't come back up, by any means.
It will open back up, if I go into the Task Manager, and
stop the "OUTLOOK.EXE" service.
Please advise.
