Okay, I'm completely confused. I just got a new computer and it already had installed Outlook 2003 which was activated when I got the internet..one of the problems I'm experiencing is that I have no idea what my outlook email address is? and when I compose a new message, and am ready to send it, there isn't even the send icon anywhere on the toolbar, I go to file send to....mail recepient yet that doesn't work......and I even managed to get the icon on my toolbar of send yet when I click it the email still doesn't send! I'm utterly confused, and I have no idea what is wrong.

Outlook doesn't assign your email address. Your ISP does.
You haven't configured Outlook to send email yet. Do so. Tools > E-mail
accounts.
