Outlook 2003

I have a user that when he clicks the unread messages folder, it also shows
read messages. we are running exchange 2003 sp1 outlook 2003, I have searched
around and can't find anything on this anyone have any ideas what may cause
this?

Try starting Outlook one time with the /cleanviews switch.
