Purchased today Microsoft Office Professional 2003. Having some difficulty
with my Personal Folders. When clicking on Outlook, under Folder List, All
Folders, the following appears:
Circle, with + in it, labeled Personal Folders. These are the new empty
folders set up when installing 2003.
Next is circle with + in it, labeled Personal Folders. These are my Personal
Folders transferred from Office 2000.
Lastly is circle, with - in it, labeled Personal Folders. Nothing opens when
clicking on it.
How do I get my original Personal Folders to appear when Outlook loads? What
do I do with the other two folders labeled Personal Folders? Delete them?
Would appreciate simple instructions. While checking it appears there are
Personal Folders in C... Programs, Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc., as well
as in Documents and Settings, etc., Outlook, etc.. What gets adjusted,
deleted, and how.
Thanks.
