Outlook 2003

Jesslyn

I am upgrading Outlook 2003 over an XP installation and want to retain user
settings such as Send/Receive exit settings and the user's pst file info.
Is this possible? If so, what do I have to make sure that I do?

The upgrade from XP will not overwrite any settings.

Hi Jesslyn,

I understand that you would like to upgrade to Outlook 2003 from Office XP
and you would like to retain users settings as well. If I have
misunderstood your concern, please let me know.

As Milly mentioned, upgrading to Outlook 2003 form a previous Outlook
version won't change the settings as well as the pst file info. You don't
need to perform addition steps, just a normal upgrade will work for you.:)

I hope the information helps. Have a nice day!

Sincerely,

Arnold Gao
