Outlook 2003

When I try to click on a link sent to me I get a message that says: this
operation has been cancelled due to retsrictions in effect on this computer,
please see your admin, I am the only user on this PC. how do I over come this
message so I can click on the link sent to me and view the link.

This newsgroup is specifically for matters dealing with Microsoft Project.
I suggest you try to find a more appropriate newsgroup that deals with
Outlook problems.
