Eric

I have tried Outlook 2003 for months. Everytime when I
received emails, the outlook always sending email first
than I can click for receiving email. I have found a lots
of way but cannot found the way to stop or seperate the
sending and receiving email at the same time. Pls show me
the way to seperate them as Outlook 2000. Thanks!

Actually, you can. Create 2 Send/Receive groups. In the email account
properties of one set the account to send but not receive, in the
other group set it to receive but not send. Ctrl_Alt+S to open the
Send/Receive Groups dialog.

Only problem is some servers will require logging in for receiving
email before allowing sending as a relaying prevention measure.
