Can you export only contacts in a pst like in outlook 2003

Am I missing something because I cannot find and import/export in my outlook
2007.

Should be there on the File menu, between Data File Management and AutoArchive. If not, reset your toolbars or add that command to the menu bar from the View | Toolbars | Customize dialog.
